The Miller’s Reserve Blend pays homage to the Nickel Family’s ties to Henry Miller, known as “The Cattle King. Henry Miller was one of the most influential figures in California’s agricultural history. An immigrant from Germany, Miller arrived in California during the Gold Rush era and, through sharp business acumen and strategic land acquisitions, helped shape the state’s modern agricultural landscape.
Today, Henry Miller is remembered as a foundational figure in California agriculture: a pioneer whose vision helped define how land, water, and farming intersect in the state, and whose family legacy continues to echo through California’s agricultural history.
